Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and how you stay in control. We keep it to what the program needs.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Iconic Apps, operated by Arham Web Works Private Limited (“we”, “us”), handles personal data of partners and visitors of affiliate.geticonicapps.com and the partner dashboard. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at partners@geticonicapps.com or by post at Arham Web Works, Shivalik Avenue, Surat, Gujarat, India – 395002.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Account: name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), and optional website and promotion details.
  • Payout: your PayPal email, and — where required — tax ID, address and country.
  • Communications: messages you send to support.

Information generated by the Program

  • Link activity: when someone uses your short link, we record the time, referring page, browser user-agent, and a one-way hash of the IP address (not the address itself) to count visits.
  • Referral and commission records: the installs credited to you, the Commissions earned and payouts made.

Technical information

  • IP address, device and browser information, and server logs, used for security and to operate the Service.
  • A session cookie that keeps you signed in (see the Cookie Policy).

Merchant information

To calculate Commission we process data about the merchants you refer, such as their store domain and subscription activity. We show you only limited, masked information about them and never their revenue, plan prices or contact details.

3. How we use it, and why

  • Provide the Program — run your account, track referrals, calculate Commission and pay you. Basis: performing our contract with you.
  • Security and fraud prevention — protect accounts, detect self-referral, fake clicks and abuse. Basis: legitimate interests.
  • Communicate with you — account emails (verification, password reset, payout and application updates) and support replies. Basis: contract and legitimate interests.
  • Legal and tax obligations — keep records and meet reporting duties. Basis: legal obligation.
  • Improve the Service — understand how the Program is used. Basis: legitimate interests.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us run the Program — hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, and PayPal for payouts. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where needed to comply with law, protect rights, or respond to lawful requests.
  • A successor if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.

5. International transfers

We and our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open. After that we keep what we need for tax, accounting and legal reasons (for example commission and payout records, typically for up to seven years) and to resolve disputes, then delete or anonymise it. Click logs are kept only as long as needed for reporting and fraud checks.

7. Security

We protect data with measures including hashed passwords, encrypted connections, access controls and limited retention. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy;
  • correct inaccurate data (you can edit most details yourself in Settings);
  • delete your data, restrict or object to certain processing, and data portability;
  • withdraw consent where we rely on it;
  • lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.

California residents may also request to know, delete or correct their personal information; we do not sell or share it for cross-context advertising. To exercise any right email partners@geticonicapps.com from your account email. We may need to verify your identity first, and some records must be kept by law.

9. Children

The Service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The latest version will always be here with its “last updated” date, and we will notify you of material changes.
